Construction of the Helinamin Cermik Thermal Holiday Village project, which is a candidate for being one of the largest and most comprehensive projects in Turkey and in the world, is in progress. The project, prepared by Hamzalar Tekstil Ltd.Şti, is to be built on 300 acres of land in Diyarbakir. The project will consist of 3045 apartments, 5 star Congress Hotel with 488 bed capacity, helicopter track, 25.000 sqm covered indoor shopping center, cinema, ecological market, 35.000 sqm area spa and wellness center, aquapark, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, thermal pools, Turkish baths, family Swimming pools, massage and beauty saloons, steam rooms, salt rooms and children’s entertainment areas, physical therapy and rehabilitation centers.

The Helinamin Cermik Thermal Holiday Village project will be the world’s largest and most comprehensive thermal holiday village. Thanks to the unique design of architect Hakan Dölgen who has specialized  green buildings designs in The United States, the Aşukar Tepesi is being prepared for the future with its architecture integrated with nature.

The project will be forested with hundreds of thousand trees and renewable energy systems are being constructed with solid waste treatment systems.

The project, which is planned to be one of the biggest private investments in the history of South and East Anatolia region with the budget of 220 million dollars, also has a special significance with the social dimension that will provide employment to approximately 2000 people directly and indirectly.
