Construction of the Bilkent Integrated Health Campus Project, which is a Public-Private Partnership which is being implemented for the first time in Turkey, continues rapidly.
The project, which was initiated on 18 September 2013 and is planned to be completed by October 2016. In terms of construction in Europe and under a single contract, it is the world’s largest health campus.
The project has 920,000 m3 of excavation, 800,000 m3 of landfill, 530,000 m3 of concrete, 53,000 tons of reinforced concrete demolition, 1,720,000 m2 of formwork, 110,000 m2 of asphalt paving and 1,175,000 m2 of flooring.
The leading construction companies continue to work even in harsh weather conditions in the winter. HYFIX Chemical Waterproofing was chosen for this project with its ease of application in all weather conditions. Total foundation area of 250.000 m2 which has been realized so far.

The Bilkent Entegre Health Campus, which will be operated by Dia Holding for 25 years under Build / Operate / Transfer model. It will be built on 120 hectares of construction site and will include a large number of branch hospitals and the new administrative building of the Ministry of Health. The campus will have a total capacity of 3,662 beds. The main building, general hospital, obstetrical hospital, child hospital, cardiovascular disease hospital, oncology hospital, orthopedics and neurological science hospital, physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital, Security forensic psychiatric hospital technical services, clinical hotel, helipad and parking areas will be within the campus.
