With the new regulation of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism, applications such as wall, door or window size changes during construction can be done without a “modification license”. Thus, the construction will not have to stop for such changes.

The bureaucracy in the construction sector will be reduced within the scope of the Zoning Law prepared by the Ministry and the Law on Making Amendments to Certain Laws and Decree Laws. By application, there will be no need for constructions to stop until a modification license is obtained. As a result, the bureaucracy will be abolished, the victims will be eliminated, the system will relieve investors and practitioners.

According to the design, the changes that do not increase the building construction area, do not change the silhouette, the independent section unit area and do not affect the structure system can be done without the modification license. All that is required is the permission of the building owner and the contractor, the proper opinion of the project inspector, the relevant legal approval.
